For improving emulsifying and stabilizing effects, enhance net-like structure of gluten, retain moisture, prevent aging, shorten stirring time, promote expansion performance and plasticity.
Ingredients: sorbitol syrup(E420(ii)), water, mono-and diglycerides of fatty acids(E471), sorbitan monostearate(E491), propylene glycol(E1520), polysorbate 60(E435), sucrose esters of fatty acids(E473).
Application: For all kinds of sponge cakes.
Usage: Add in the batter before rapid whip.
Dosage: 1-3% on the weight of batter.
Shelf life: 12 months. Store in a cool and dry place.
