Specially suitable for making sugar-free and low-sugar breads
Ingredients: Yeast, sorbitan monostearate;
Dosage: 0.8-1.2% of the amount of flour;
Usage: Mix this baking powder directly with dry ingredients and then add water and stir well;

Applications of "Eagle" Instant Dry Yeast :
Suitable for bread making with no sugar or low sugar in recipe (sugar content in flour dough: 0-7%).
Notice: Avoid directly mixing the yeast with oil, salt and ice; add oil only after all the other ingredients added and mixed even. Adjust the dough's temperature between 26-28 °C.
