Angel α-CGTase is a cyclodextrin glucanotransferase,which comes from selected Peanibacillus macerans.The product can be used for starch liquefaction and conversion of liquefild slurry to produced CDs,We recommend an addition of about 5U/g of dry starch for liquefaction at 70°C with a 15% starch slurry,then use 5 Units α-CGTase per gram of dry starch at 30°Cfor 20h.

 

Effects: produce alpha cyclodextrin with starch from various sources including corn, wheat, barley, rice, tapioca, potato etc; improve the taste of stevia by adding a glucose group to the molecules;Improve the stability of Vc by adding a glucose group to the molecules,etc.

Primary ingredients: Enzyme protein with sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate
